Terms of Service

By using Hudna (هُدنة), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

1. Acceptance

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Hudna. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Hudna. Minors should use the app with parental permission.

3. Your Account

Accounts are created through an authentication provider (Apple or Google). You are responsible for keeping access to that provider secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Important Medical Disclaimer

Hudna is an educational cycle-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, prevent pregnancy, or treat any condition. Predictions and phases are statistical estimates that may not reflect your individual situation. Always consult a qualified clinician for health decisions. Do not rely on Hudna as a method of contraception.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or access other accounts or our internal systems.
• Copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the app, its code, or its content without written permission.
• Impersonate another person or provide misleading information.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the app.

6. Your Content

Data you enter (cycle dates, symptoms, notes) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process it as strictly necessary to operate the service for you. You can delete it at any time from the app's settings.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The app, the "Hudna" name and logo, the visual design, source code, and editorial content are the property of Hudna and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

If we offer paid features in the future via the Apple App Store, charges will be billed by Apple, and Apple's refund terms apply. Subscription details will be disclosed in-app before purchase.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt the app. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant the accuracy of predictions or their suitability for your individual circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hudna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes; continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights granted by the law of your country of residence.

16. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Hudna from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content; Hudna is solely responsible for the app and any claims relating to it, to the extent permitted by law.
